Adv. Eitan Haberman is a partner and the head of the firm's administrative law field.

Adv. Haberman has been practicing administrative law, public law and party and election law for decades. Eitan has extensive courtroom experience and is held in high esteem by Supreme Court justices. In addition, Eitan has significant experience representing clients before the State Comptroller on a range of topics.

Adv. Haberman previously served as head legal advisor for a number of political parties, including Kadima and Likud, and participated in coalition-agreement negotiations.

Adv. Haberman has a great deal of experience in the fields of elections law (national and municipal), political parties law and campaign financing law. Adv. Haberman had a role in most of the precedent-making cases in these fields of law.

Adv. Haberman is a former lecturer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.

Adv. Haberman also serves as a reserve-duty judge in the Military Court of Appeals and holds the rank of Colonel.
