Adv. Asher specializes in providing legal support for land-related projects and has diverse and extensive legal knowledge relating to the Israel Land Administration, administrative tenders, expropriations and land registration and land arrangements.
Adv. Asher has unique experience in the land and infrastructure field and serves as a legal advisor to the Israel Land Administration, Amidar Company and many other legal bodies on matters relating to administration of Development Authority properties and dealing with rent-control tenants.
Adv. Asher also supports the Israel Land Authority in all tenders for Development Authority property sales.
