Adv. Rotem Arviv Kopelnikov is a partner and head of planning and construction department.

Adv. Arviv Kopelnikov has considerable expertise in planning and construction proceedings and provides comprehensive, ongoing legal advice to municipalities and committees on issues such as licensing, unauthorized use and applications for leniencies. Adv. Arviv Kopelnikov also provides regulatory advice to clients for city construction plans and for appeal proceedings on improvement taxes, depreciation claims and more.

Adv. Arviv Kopelnikov is also an experienced litigator with a long list of successes in administrative and civil cases, including before the High Court of Justice and various appeal committees.

During her academic studies, Adv. Arviv Kopelnikov served as a teaching assistant in a legal clinic for good governance ("Lehava"). 

Adv. Arviv Kopelnikov has been a qualified mediator since 2007 and specializes in resolving conflicts in various areas of civil law.  

Rotem joined the firm in 2008 and has been a partner since 2016.
