Dr. Sivan Biber

ADV. Biber has extensive experience in criminal law, administrative law, land law and planning and construction law, acquired during his long tenure as a lawyer for the IDF's Military Advocate General, from which he retired with the rank of Major in 2017.

During his tenure at the IDF, Sivan served as a military prosecutor in the Air Force Prosecution, as head of the Land Desk in the Judea and Samaria Legal Advisor's Office, as a legal advisor to the Infrastructure and Deployment Department of the Planning Unit and as head of the Special Affairs Unit within the Chief Military Prosecution.

Sivan joined the firm in 2017 as a member of the Tenders Department.
