Adv. Haberman has extensive experience in managing administrative litigation proceedings touching on a wide range of topics, particularly those adjudicated in District Courts for Administrative Matters or at the Supreme Court.

Adv. Haberman litigates in administrative petitions involving municipalities and municipal committees, tenders, and public-sector financing. Additionally, Adv. Haberman represents governmental authorities in administrative petitions and class action suits in the field of accessibility regulation.

Adv. Haberman has a great deal of experience in election law, and both provides ongoing legal counsel to candidates and represents clients in complex litigation surrounding election results.

His clients include public bodies, municipalities, municipal companies, municipal council members, non-profit organizations and elections candidates.
